[Reply] Assigning conversations to teammates

At the core of any team-based workflow is assignments. We make it incredibly easy to assign conversations from the queue to your teammates. For example, you may want assign all PR or press related inquiries to a single person on your team. Or you might want to assign conversations you've worked on to yourself to ensure customers have a great continuous experience with one team member. 

There's two ways you can assign conversations:

Assign multiple conversations to a teammate
