For example, you or a team member might simply 'like' a status and close the conversation. This report will help you see this ratio.

Closed With Reply
The total number of conversations that were closed after a reply was sent. These are your typical engagements like support questions, sales inquires or general community building.
The total number of conversations that were closed without a reply. This represents engagements where you've 'liked' a status or simply closed a conversation where no reply was needed.
