Summary

We offer free team training sessions to customers subscribing to our Buffer Publish Large or Enterprise Plan, and customers subscribing to our Buffer Reply Business Plan. These training sessions are designed to ensure that your team is able to get up and running as quickly as possible, and able to use our tools most effectively.

We recommend separate training sessions for your team members based on their role:

FAQ

When are training sessions available?

We ensure that you are assigned a Customer Success Manager who is in the same timezone as you, or the closest match. After subscribing to a Large or Enterprise Plan, your Customer Success Manager will get in touch with you to discuss how and when you would like the training sessions to take place.

Do our training sessions need to be completed within a certain timeframe?

There is no expiry date on your training sessions, however, we do recommend that they are scheduled quite soon after your subscription begins so your team can hit the ground running!

What if we have some users who are unable to attend?

Your Customer Success Manager will record each training session so that any users who are unable to attend can watch it in their own time.

What is the format of the training sessions?

Depending on the size of your team, we recommend training sessions between 30 and 60 minutes, which will include time for Q&A.

Can the training agendas be customized?

Absolutely! The training agendas can be completely customized based on the unique needs of your team. We can also take the opportunity to encourage things like enabling two factor authentication. We will work with you to ensure that the training we provide covers the ins and outs of our tool, as well as any guidelines on social posting that you would like your team to follow.
