[Reply] Connecting your social accounts
To get started with Buffer Reply, you'll need to connect at least one social account. Reply currently supports Twitter, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business Profiles. Learn about which types of messages we're able to pull in here. Follow the steps below to get your social accounts connected!
Click on your profile avatar at the top right of your dashboard and then click on Preferences.
Select the Social Accounts tab.
Click on the type of social account you'd like to connect and then follow the on-screen prompts to authorize Buffer Reply to access your account.
