[Reply] Reconnecting your social accounts

Social accounts may get disconnected from time to time. If you see an error message saying your social account has been disconnected from Buffer Reply, follow these steps to reconnect your social account.

Please note: If you're seeing an error stating your Twitter account is "unhealthy", this generally means the connection between Buffer Reply and Twitter needs to be reconnected. Once you've reconnected the account with the steps below, this error should disappear.

Reconnecting your social account in Buffer Reply

Click on your profile avatar at the top right of your dashboard and then click on Preferences.

Select the Social Accounts tab.

Click on the reconnection icon next to the social account you'd like to reconnect and then follow the on-screen prompts to authorize Buffer Reply to reconnect your account.
