[Publish] I'm having trouble adding my RSS feed to the Content Inbox. What can I do?

The Content Inbox is only available on our Pro and Business Plans. It is not available on the Free Plan. More information on our plans can be found here.

If you're having trouble getting an RSS feed added to your Content Inbox, the first thing to check would be whether or not the URL you're trying to add is definitely an RSS feed. Feel free to hop over to the  W3C Feed Validation Service here, where you're able to copy and paste the URL you're hoping to add to Buffer Publish. You'll be looking out for a "Congratulations!" message, which indicates that it is a valid RSS feed. If the RSS feed is valid, you should be able to add it to your Content Inbox within Buffer. If it's still not working, please feel free to get in touch and we'll do some digging!

If you see this message, then unfortunately you will not be able to add the URL as a feed to Buffer:

"It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn't find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate."
