[Reply] Facebook reviews

Facebook reviews will be shown with the star rating, along with any comments left by the reviewer. You're able to respond to these reviews in the same way as any other type of message.

At the moment, reviews are treated in the same way as comments. This means that when you're filtering your Team Inbox (or any of your other folders) by message type, reviews will sit within the Facebook Comments category. It's not currently possible to filter conversations to see reviews only, although this is something we'd love to add in the future.

Similarly, it's not possible to filter conversations by reviews when using Automation Rules, because they sit within the Facebook Comments category. Again, this is something we'd love to add in the future.
